Airports Authority of India is govt. PSU, which have more than 17000 employees, it is controlling nearly 70% to 80% of airports of india.

I am travelling from Delhi to Mumbai today. Battery vehicle was ideal. I saw senior citizens walking for long till gate no 55 no one to guide and help. No proper instructions are written at lounge area Gate No 27 to 62 is for employees or Staff. It's mismanagement....

It is the corporate office of AAI which is open to the public for any related work. The whole administration and officers workplace is just besides this campus in the Rajiv Gandhi complex.

There are supposed to be two visitors lounges in departure. Lounge A is closed for undisclosed reasons. Longe B on the far end is open but entry only for those who have a passenger with them. No where is it written like this. Second there is no wash room any where. One has to go to ground level cross the road and look for one in the metro area? The upshot is that if one has come to see of a young passenger he has to wait in the blistering heat for up to one hour. So much for the world class airport which cannot even look at basic human needs. I have the good fortune of visiting more than a dozen countries. This is not something I expect of Delhi?
